Agreement
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Human Typer, a browser-based workspace for preparing text and sending it to a Google Doc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the service
You may use Human Typer only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the text you provide, your use of the service, and ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and documents you use.
Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access documents or accounts without authorization. You must be permitted to use Google Docs and comply with the terms and policies that apply to your Google account.
Google account and documents
Google authorization is optional. If you connect your account, you authorize Human Typer in your browser to use Google Docs access to carry out the actions you request. You are responsible for selecting the correct document and reviewing any changes made to it. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
The “Replace” option deletes existing document body content before inserting your text. This action may be difficult or impossible to reverse. Review the document and any confirmation carefully before proceeding, and keep your own backup of important content.
Your content
You retain your rights to the content you enter. You give Human Typer no ownership of that content. You authorize the app to send your selected content to Google Docs only when you start a write, so it can perform the operation you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
Availability and changes
Human Typer is provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable at any time. We may modify or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee that a write will complete or that the service will be error-free. If a write is interrupted, changes may already have been made to your document; check the document before trying again.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Human Typer is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the people responsible for Human Typer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Human Typer at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe use violates these terms, creates risk, or is required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top indicates when they were most recently updated. Your continued use of Human Typer after an update means you accept the revised terms.
